Microsoft Sued Over "Vista Capable" Program

It appears that the defendants suing Microsoft over misleading "Windows Vista Capable" stickers have taken their lawsuit nationwide as a class action. I am honestly confused as to why anyone would sue MS for the privilege to run the more bloated version of their piece-of-junk operating system. I hope these people keep running XP until their power supplies finally blow up.
